To emphasize healthcare services within Walgreens, this full-store remodel pilot relocated the pharmacy to the front of the store delivering on the company direction to create the most convenient health and wellness destination. Along with relocating the pharmacy, the pilot program also improved wayfinding, streamlined front-end services for photo and checkout, and introduced new digital features.
