Merch Refresh

Merch Refresh aimed at bringing a new merchandising vision to life by rethinking how Walgreens presents core categories in-store. In partnership with the merchandising team, we developed a store experience that supports our positioning as a health and wellbeing destination with “need-it-now” convenience. The design introduced improved layouts, enhanced fixtures, refreshed branding, and new product flows. Key focus areas included wellness, seasonal, beauty, and pharmacy, all designed to create a solutions-based, easy-to-shop environment that drives engagement and sales.
